Buyer Role Pricing Policy
Exporter Role Policy
The Exporter Role is intended exclusively for businesses and buyers purchasing products for international trade and export purposes. All registrations under this role are subject to review and approval by Variety Scissors.
Buyers located in Sialkot or nearby areas may visit our factory during working hours, either personally or through an authorized representative, to inspect and purchase available stock.
Buyers located in other cities or regions who are unable to visit the factory may place orders remotely and request shipment according to their instructions. All transportation, courier, insurance, customs clearance, and handling charges shall be borne by the buyer.
Once goods have been handed over to the courier, shipping company, or transport service, Variety Scissors shall not be responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit.
Payment Terms
Payments are accepted only through cash or instant bank transfer. Cheques, credit facilities, installment plans, and deferred payments are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buyers outside Sialkot must make the required advance payment after order confirmation. If payment is not received within the specified time, Variety Scissors reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Product Inspection & Returns
Customers purchasing directly from our factory are expected to inspect products carefully before confirming the purchase.
Customers who purchase ready-stock items without physical inspection may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery, provided that:
- The goods remain unused and undamaged.
- The products are returned in their original packaging.
- The products have not been altered or customized.
- All return shipping and handling charges are paid by the buyer.
Ready-stock returns are subject to inspection and approval by Variety Scissors.
Custom-made, modified, personalized, or special-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom Orders & Manufacturing
Products may be manufactured according to the buyer's specifications, including custom dimensions, designs, finishes, logos, packaging, or materials.
All custom orders require advance payment before production begins. Once production has started, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
If a completed custom product does not conform to the agreed specifications, Variety Scissors may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or remake the product. Cash refunds are generally not provided.
Order Confirmation Policy
Once an order has been confirmed:
- The order cannot be cancelled without written approval from Variety Scissors.
- Completed custom products cannot be returned.
- Any manufacturing issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Approved corrections or replacements will be provided where applicable.
Wholesaler Role Policy
Each product has a minimum quantity requirement for wholesale purchases, as specified on the relevant product page.
Wholesalers may place sample orders to evaluate product quality and workmanship before confirming bulk production.
If the final bulk production does not match the approved sample, Variety Scissors will make reasonable efforts to correct or remake the products in accordance with the approved specifications.
All wholesale orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.
Production and delivery timelines vary depending on product quantity, customization requirements, and manufacturing capacity. Estimated completion dates will be communicated after order confirmation.
Retailer Role Policy
Retailers must comply with the minimum order quantities specified on each product page.
All retailer orders must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping arrangements and transportation charges will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Retail purchases are generally non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Requests for replacement or correction must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the goods.
End User Policy
Products sold through Variety Scissors are primarily manufactured for professional, salon, barber, and commercial use.
End-user purchases are generally considered final. However, verified manufacturing defects reported within seven (7) days of delivery may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Improper use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under any replacement policy.
Pricing & Product Information
Variety Scissors makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing information published on the website are accurate.
However, occasional technical, typographical, or human errors may occur. Variety Scissors reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, modify specifications, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing without prior notice.
Buyer Role Approval
Variety Scissors reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or modify any buyer role, account status, pricing tier, or purchasing privileges at its sole discretion.
