Yes. The MOQ depends on your buyer role and the product type. Wholesalers generally require a minimum order of 100 pieces per style, while retailers usually require at least 25 pieces per style. OEM and custom orders are quoted individually.

We accept cash payments and bank transfers. Cheques, installment plans, and credit facilities are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing in advance. Customers outside Sialkot are required to make advance payment after order confirmation.

Ready-stock items purchased without physical inspection may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Customized products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking information for DHL, UPS, and FedEx shipments is emailed immediately after dispatch. Online tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours. Tracking for economy services, registered post, and sea cargo is provided according to the carrier's policies.
